Company Policy

General Policies: We must meet with you and your dog before we set up the first service date. Our first consultation is free of charge. You must call at least one week in advance to set up walks. We ask for at least two weeks notice for dog/cat sitting. We don't group walk other than same family dogs.

Payment: For daily customers, we ask for payment on Friday's. For occasional walks and dog sitting visits we ask for payment up front if possible. We're no hound dogs but we've found this just works best. We have a $5 late fee if payment is not left on the scheduled date. If payment is not received within 3 days another $5 will be charged to your account.

RSVP +1 or +2: Second and third dog (same household) are given a 50% discount per dog.

Cancellations: If you don't need us, no problem. We just ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. Clients will be charged full price (unless of an emergency) without proper notice.

Credits: We do not offer refunds for cancelled visits but we can offer credit for visits if cancelled with at-least 24 hours notice..
